All Kane X chairs are still covered by 3 Year Limited Warranty as well as the 100 Day KaneXperience and this physical space is an added avenue for customers to experience Kane X.
With this policy, we want our customers to have the Kane XPerience right at the comfort of your own room. This is our ultimate promise to you that we are confident in providing the best product and services to you. We also want a smooth experience for our customers throughout the entire process.
In the event that you find that the purchase did not meet your expectations, simply contact us within one hundred (100) days from the delivery date for a refund. Once we receive your request, we will set a timing for the chairs to be collected & we’ll proceed with the refund once the chairs are collected. This service is FREE of charge which means any delivery charges incurred for the return trip will be covered by us.
Do note that the refund amount will exclude any assembly and/or other miscellaneous fees paid when the original order was made.

We do provide assembly service but do take note that orders that require pre-assembly would require a lead time of 3 working days instead of the 2-hour delivery timing that we have for normal orders. This service comes with an assembly fee of S$19.90 per unit.
